I’ve had a great experience working with The Guest Room. I’ve been a client there since 2014. We’ve purchased furniture and other items got our home from them, as well as used their design services to have things made and recovered. All of it was done with impeccable detail and professionalism. We’ve found all of the people and services they use exactly the same: conscientious and professional. If there was the very rare issue with something (like a part missing or something not working quite right), it is fixed swiftly and smoothly. I’d HIGHLY recommend them.

Our experience with The Guest Room was absolutely delightful. We came in looking for new living room furniture and the owner took the time to go over options and offered great design suggestions and we ended up purchasing a couch, swivel chair and ottoman for well within our budget.nnThanks so much to The Guest Room and we will absolutely be back!

The customer service at The Guest Room is terrible. There is a lack of follow up (we’ve had to call repeatedly for order updates, and they never followed up with us on an item we asked them to order), and the owner is incredibly rude and condescending in her communications. Overall, pretty disappointing experience and won’t be shopping with them in the future.

I have worked with Stefanie Powell at the Guest Room to design and furnish my home and office. I absolutely love the results. When we decided to design and build a new home, one of the first things I did was reach back out to them for help. I absolutely recommend this business.
