I'm taking the time to write this because of the outstanding service David Williams showed my girlfriend and me during our visit at Havertys. We were looking for a specific chair and David approached us with a smile and introduced himself to us. His approach was welcoming and helpful. By the end of our visit David had utilized an iPad to document the chairs that interested us and sent an email to help us during the decision process. We purchased a chair from another store, however, because of David Williams we will remember Havertys for our future purchases. David followed up a couple days later and again ... impressed with his way of communicating. Thank you David! :)
Sarah was incredibly helpful while not being pushy or sales-y. I greatly appreciate her ownership language when talking about the store and capabilities. It felt like she was ready to own our full purchasing and delivery experience. The store has an incredible selection and is massive. Lots of more sensible furnishing!
Jessica McGunnigle was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her patience and design knowledge were extremely helpful. We never felt pressured or like she was hovering too much. She was happy to answer all our questions. We appreciate the 12% military discount! It ended up being a better deal than the advertised sale! Can’t wait to receive our furniture!
