Juan arrived on time, explained the options and spent the time needed to thoroughly clean our ducts and vents. I would recommend Proclean.
They quote one price but when they come to site, they double their initial estimate and waste everyone's time. Ofcourse, I did not accept their offer. I easily found at least 3 other companies that do the SAME service at much much more reasonable price. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
Do not use their air duct service. The unit is less then 5 years old. All of sudden our unit no longer function after they came to service but wants charge $2000 to clean ducts. But another company has fix there guy doing estimate because he left the unit shut off.nnSo recap you want to give us estimate for $2000 and destroy our unit to never hear from again even after leaving messages of damage.
We recently had ProClean come out to clean the air ducts in our home. The tech was very nice and professional. He did an excellent job, as evidenced by the before and after photos he showed us. Would highly recommend ProClean and will definitely use them again.
I would recommend ProClean to anyone who wants their carpets looking brand new. I’m so grateful I found you! The technician that helped us was Juan and he took the time to explain the whole process to us. He left our carpets looking fabulous; way beyond our expectations. Thank you ProClean!
