I was a client 10yrs ago at a different location and had such a wonderful experience that I came back to Sona Dermatology. I needed to switch locations, which was seamless. I arrived for my appointment and was surprised that the had my original records from 10yrs ago in hand. Hanna was friendly, professional & able to explain pricing and answer all of my questions. Honesty, has a lovely personality and manages the front desk very well. My technicians have been fantastic. Laser hair removal can be rather uncomfortable but my technicians have always been very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Sona Dermatology
Very professional and very nice! The staff at Sona Med Spa have always been so kind and flexible with my busy schedule. Their treatments have worked wonders for me (I have done multiple laser hair removal packages) and I would recommend them to anyone with excess body hair! Also helps women, like myself, with PCOS :)
With a highly educated staff, I felt confident that I would get the results I wanted to achieve.nI had lots of questions that the nurse practitioner answered in layman‘s terms and succinctly.nThe overall results were outstanding. I am so pleased and felt like I really got my moneys worth.nThe overall quality of service from the receptionist who was also knowledgeable in both cosmetic applications and skin care products, to the nurse practitioner who performed the actual procedures and answered technical questions, made my experience outstanding!
I have been a customer for over 13 years. Although the service overall has always been exemplary, my favorite part of the visit was the customer care specifically from Ginny, Melissa, Kelly and Emily. The time that Hannah Rutherford took to explain the procedures/customized treatment plan, it was obvious how much she cared for the customer. Fantastic service! Melissa and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in all my needs! The laser procedure is painful at times (no fault to Melissa), however Melissa was patient and calming during the process. She gave me pep talks throughout and let me take breaks if necessary. I didn’t use the numbing cream, but will consider it for my next session! Melissa also made me feel comfortable when working near more private areas which was amazing! I highly recommend and am looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you!
