I went here looking for relief and relaxation! I got neither, constantly placing hands under my jose asking me to take a deep breath. My lumbar is worse now, my shoulders and neck are no better. I paid for extra for feet and really got just lotion rubbed not massaged. What a disappointed experience.
My massages were usually cancelled due to the lack of communication between the employees and me. The system usually isn’t working, making my waits long. I lost a lot of time and money here.nThe therapists were very good and the massages were great. It was just frustrating having to deal with such a large loss of time and money.
I've been going here for over 3 years; my last visit was a couple weeks ago when they were allowed to start doing facials again. The facial was AMAZING! You wear a child's mask that she will fold over your nostrils and lips, so it really didn't feel that much different than a pre-covid facial. They are also NEVER pushy about selling their products. I've also received several massages here, which have been wonderful! The turnover is a bit high, but that's pretty normal for places like this. Regardless of that, I have always received fantastic service and 100% recommend this place for your massage and facial needs!
I see Kay twice a month and she delivers the best massage I have ever had in my life. She always listens to my requests and concerns and really focuses on what I need out of the session. Over time she has actually become a friend of mine just because she is such a kind person. I cannot reccomend her more.
I just got out of a massage with Gabby and it was phenomenal! My back feels so much better and it was absolutely relaxing. Definitely going back! ud83dudda4
