Used dirty tools and towels during my services. Waited almost an hour due to poor management of the schedule. Horrible job with polish all over the toe. Got a bikini wax and got an infection from it!!! They love to charge outrageous for bad work. They only do good if they like you and they talk bad about the customers in front of them. Phoenix Nails is way better!!!!
I got a full set. They came out just the way I wanted. Everyone was friendly and professional. They took me right away. Will definitely come back
My daughter and I had manicures and pedicures here today and it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. The ladies who worked on our nails did excellent work and were so sweet and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I went last week to do waxing on all my legs and also Brazilian Bikini! She is just AMAZING! Very clean place, everybody wearing masks and she asked for me wash my hands first of all when I got inside the Salon with my Mask on. You can see that she has experience doing it because she does fast and confident. I have been going to waxing places for almost 10 years because I'm allergic to Gillette and hard to change the person that do it, I have to trust someone for do it on me. I moved to Warrenton and I found her! She do it fast, I can't even feel much. I truly recommend this place. I forgot the name of the lady but I think she own the place. Or manager.
