We were so pleased with our visit to Midlothian Lazy Boy. We were greeted by a salesman named Chance. He spent the first minutes to ask what we were shopping for. After explaining what we were looking for Chance immediately began to show us chairs . It was so nice to have an informed salesman knowing his products. He was through in his explanations. We were pleased with his knowledge. . He would seek information on each chair as we sat in them, and then lead us to other products. We were very successful in selecting a recliner and ordered one we will be very pleased with.nWe wish Chance much success in his career!

Very pleased with the ability to customize the chair to meet my needs. When seeing the chair as it was, I was not interested and on my way out. However a very attentive sales person inquired to find out what I was looking for. After learning chairs could be customized, I was able make a purchase that I am highly pleased with. The whole experience has been a good one.

I worked with Kendra in determining what would look and fit best in my living room. She came up with some great furniture arrangements and fabric choices. I changed my mind several times and Kendra was very patient and helpful in working through what I wanted.nI enjoyed the whole process of working with Kendra and feel I will l still love my furniture choices when they arrive n six months.

I haven't gotten my chair yet, but dealing with the people who work there was very easy. They we're honest about the wait. And made sure I knew that by picking a color they didn't have in stock it would take even longer. I appreciate the honesty.

Exceptional customer service. Unbelievably helpful. I could not have set up the room without them. Their knowledge of their product is flawless. Just tell them a few things about yourself, the way you use the room, give them some feedback while you are sitting on the furniture and they will know exactly what will make you happy. I couldn’t be more excited about my new furniture but I could not have down it without Kyndra.
