Today I am giving American Freight's Midlothian store 5 stars for the outstanding customer service Kayla provided. After window shopping at several stores we decided on a beautiful sectional at the Tomlynn Street store. Unfortunately they didn't have it in stock so Inwaited a few days and looked online, luckily the Midlothian store had it in stock so I completed my purchase online easily. We arrived with our rented Uhaul truck to pick up our sectional when we were told that it wasn't in stock. Thank God for Kayla, she was apologetic and resourceful, she found one part of the sectional in their inventory and the other half at the other store. Before she found the pieces she had offered a free upgrade on another item in stock. Great job Kayla! Thank you!

Eddie was outstanding in helping us find a perfect appliance. His exciting energy eased our worries, and he didn't mind the long time decision making process we went through. It was great to feel like we were doing business with a friend. It'd be a pleasure to come back and see him for future needs.

I've been waiting on furniture for over a month now that was out of stock. I've been told several times now that they don't know when it will arrive. Unacceptable. How can you not have a way to track your customers purchases. I paid cash for something I may never receive. I'm highly ticked off with this process. Can't get a refund because they tell you it's been 30 days and you get an in store credit. I will NEVER patronize this establishment ever again. And will never recommend anyone to purchase from this furniture company.

MD was the nicest salesman I have ever had! He was kind, courteous and just wonderful!! Would highly recommend doing business here and we will be back for all our appliances !!!
