The sales staff Andrew was friendly, knew the products well. He was helpful but not pushy in helping me look for the style I had in mind. And the furniture came on time as promised. The delivery people were punctual, courteous and careful with the furniture & our home! The service was 5 star & we Love the color & style of the furniture! What made it better than the 3 other stores we shopped at was, they had the color & style we liked, the prices were reasonable w/ really good financing options!

Alissa met me with a warm friendly greeting. She immediately took me to the item I was investigating. Without pressure she informed me about that item and a couple of other things I expressed an interest in. She is very knowledgeable of the inventory and addressed my every inquiry.. Though I was simply looking, with her manner and presentation I made a purchase. Thank you Alissa I am excited about my purchase.

Firs of all I would like to give a shout out to ALISSA that was absolutely wonderful! She was there to assist us with anything we needed or any questions we had but at the same time she gave us the space we needed. She was also very patient with us. Few days after the purchase we decided to make a change to our order, we called Alissa and she was able to assist and made the change with no hassle. WAY TO GO ALISSA!nThe delivery team was also very nice and friendly, they handled the moving and assembly as it was their own. We are very pleased and will always go back to Value City Furniture for our future purchases.

Everything we wanted for our home was ordered in December 2020 for delivery in January and February 2021. We were very happy with the products. But we later found out it was going to take until June to get all but one piece of furniture delivered. We were not happy with this as it was the manufacturer’s fault NOT Value City’s. We cancelled all but the one piece of furniture because of the delay. Value City was completely understanding and accommodating. There sales staff was terrific and their manager was absolutely the best. I would recommend this store any time.

From purchase to delivery my experience was remarkable. Alissa is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the stores products. The delivery team was prompt and courteous. Set up and done in no time at all! I will definitely visit the store again.
