Louise, our sales associate, was great. She wasn't overbearing or following us around the store. But she was available when we needed her. The store was not overwhelming either. Great atmosphere and great sales associates. She also helped us pick out the perfect piece, while being very personable.

We were greeted warmly and given time to look around. An associate was available to answer our questions, she was honest with us about the order delay time and she gave us time to look around and try out the different sofas without hoovering over us. We had not planned on selecting furniture today but found a very nice set at a price that we were willing to pay so, we decided to place an order.

Mr. Jones at the Midlothian store is wonderful to work with! He knows the product, is very customer-oriented, goes above and beyond to help you find what works well for you. He is very personable, a great listener, and has excellent ideas for design and style, engaging a designer for additional insights when that is helpful. He monitors product availability and leaves no doubt his primary goal is for the customer to be happy with a good product and price. Best in my experience buying furniture. I really enjoy working with him and appreciate the assistance and support of others at the store as well. I'm a long-term customer of Haverty's and appreciate the quality and value.

Peter was an excellent salesperson. He showed me many options but let me browse and take my time. He was very polite and dressed nice which showed he cared about his job. It was a pleasure to work with him. Your store had a much better selection than other stores I have visited.

My experience was superb. I was assistant by Gina and she was amazing. She greeted me with a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door. She was a big help in helping me decide which furniture to choose. To describe the store with one word I would have to say EXCELLENCE! The furniture is unique and made with top of the line quality to last for years. I believe you get what you pay for.
