I’ve had a few encounters here that were decent but overall most employees are rude and don’t want to be there. My case worker especially did not care about my needs nor try to work with me. She was always out of the office and would not get back to me for days at a time. It’s also extremely sad that these people are so rude over the phone. Any question that prompts them to have to do something becomes such a big deal to them. For a nice county, this social services fails to assist with the needs of the citizens. Sad.

The people who work there could be more friendly. Don't understand why you have to sign in on a computer and sit down and wait when there's someone standing right there at the window who can help you, especially when you're just dropping off paperwork.

They are the worst social services I have ever dealt with. They help who they want to help. I totally agree they are liars. I really hate calling them for anything especially when you get a rude lady on the other end of the phone. The funny thing is they be ready to snatch your children when you are sitting in the dark but they are not willing to help. They win either way!nn**There are a couple nice people that works down there. (2 -3)ud83dude09
