I love this ymca because of the super friendly staff who take time to get to know you by name! I also love the pool and lap swims and classes! I love the exercise classes esp Sunnies! I love the community my family and friends have built there! I feel very safe with all the extra steps they are taking to keep us safe during the pandemic.

Friendly staff, clean building. Great variety class offerings with good instructors and flexible schedules. Good pool setup for aqua fit classes, nice changing rooms. All around great value with access to multiple convenient locations.

It's a regular gym with good people. But Greg is the best person there. He motivates me to get up early every single morning and workout because he is working hard everyday to help his legs. And if he can do that at his age, I have no excuse to not get up and grind. I love seeing him when I visit. Yal are very blessed to have a person like him working for you.
