I visited Poplar Springs Spa over the weekend for an Express Facial and Massage. I am extremely annoyed that the gift certificate that my husband gave me in 2018 for $50 was not honored. While I understand that Poplar Springs has new owners, they should have absorbed the cost. $50 is not the end of the world but as a repeat customer it tarnished my opinion and gave me a great deal of irritation on what should have been a relaxing day. The ladies at the desk did try to help the best they could and gave me $10 off. It is not their fault but not honoring gift cards is a shoddy business practice.nnAs far as my facial, Kelsey did a great job and my skin feels wonderful. The saving grace was my massage therapist, Peter. He gave me an outstanding massage - probably the best I've ever had. He did a great job and I commend him on the quality of the service and his professionalism. Would have been a 5 star experience if not for the gift card situation.
Enjoyed a couples massage with my wife. Liked it so much we did it again the next day. Can't wait to go back!
This was my first massage the receptionist was wonderful ,this place is spotless and Kassi was my massage therapist she is absolutely amazing...
An Amazing Luxury Spa complete with Saltwater Pool & Hot Tub in the midst of 172 tranquil acres in Hunt Country but still less than 60 minutes from Washington D.C. that is also offering Spa Parties as well as World Class Cuisine!! Love it! (and crazy Sunsets!)
Thoroughly enjoyed my morning at Poplar Springs Spa. I had an amazing facial with Loretta. She was extremely skilled and I left feeling completely pampered and relaxed.
