Yea... I’m just gonna leave this picture here... this is exactly what you think it is because these signs are posted up in the lobby as well as all of the rooms... by far the worst massage I’ve ever had. Oh, and they made you tip upfront insisting on $20 each.... never again.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. First.... they want payment upfront and charge 3% more if you don't have cash. We could deal with that, but were a bit taken back by the tip line and told them we would tip at the end. The massage was outstanding and both my wife and felt great afterwards and said we would come back. However upon checking out I noted the massage therapist trying to see how much I was tipping her... which was for both massages. We left close to a 20 % tip, 18 % to be exact and as I was finishing both therapists began to tell me that they get $20 each.... which is a 30 % tip. We didn't see anywhere that it said that 30% was a must and we asked about that. They said no but they stated they each wanted $20 extra. We both explain to them that we felt our gratuity was more than generous but they continued to insist they wanted more money. After the third or fourth time we told them we were done, that's it I already tipped you and we left out of the store. For good service 15% is about the industry standard anything above that is for an outstanding job which we felt we had tipped more than generously. We were both extremely embarrassed by this, and based on that we cannot give this place 5 stars, and we will not be going back.
