The ladies at this spa are not only top notch in their profession but just all around great people. They understand customer service in a time where it seems to be lost. They are thoughtful, trained, and educated in their craft. They are not transactional and super accommodating. Most med spas push trends and products on you but they just inform and honestly leave it at that. I have lived in CA, TX, NC, DC and other large cities and have to say their services are in par if not better because of their customer service and not inflating their services or products.

I love visiting my visits to Defy with Julianne and Yvonne. They make me feel so comfortable and their work looks so natural, which is really important to me. I've been driving from DC since 2004 to see Julianne because I love her professionalism, bed-side manner, the personal attention, and find great comfort in her medical experience that backs up her expertise as an aesthetician. (It's three hours round trip.) They prepped me for my last professional photo shoot, and I was so comfortable and confident about turning 50. I feel like the person in the portraits is my beautiful doppelganger! I can't thank them enough!

I had a skin tag in a sensitive place that Julianne removed painlessly in about one minute with her amazing plasma pen. It was painless, and I was covered and comfortable the entire visit.nnShe also took off a couple of really dark, age spots—one with hairs! Who wants those? Highly recommend. Don’t wait around to get more. She wipes them away like magic.

This place is amazing! They have true honesty and integrity. They only recommend items that are best for the client. They do not upsell. They want the absolute best outcomes for the client. This is a place that you can trust Yvonne and the owner are awesome!

Dina has been my esthetician for over a year and a half now and I won’t see anyone else . These 3 ladies will give you the best experience ! Yvonne touched up my lip filler and Dina gave me a peel recently, and I’m very happy with the results ! They are all knowledgeable and honest , best in the business hands down . I live over an hour away and won’t go anywhere else. Thank you ladies !
