Wow! I could simply copy and paste from Gaby's review! We went to the store around noon on a weekday, so we were the only one's in the store. We only needed 2 twins but Maryanne gave us the same level of service I'm sure she'd give to a $3000 mattress purchase. Very pleasant experience.

Sean G helped us out every step of the way. He was patient with us and our active eight year old, helping us choose the exact right mattress for our needs. Even when we found out our warranty only let us go through the manufacturer, he still continued to help us and narrow down our choice. We are so happy with the service and our final products. The only sour point was not being able to give them our business. His knowledge and helpfulness was unsurpassed. We’ll be back when our daughter needs to upgrade her mattress for sure, and we hope Sean is working when we do.

Absolutely the best mattress purchasing experience because of the very educated, professional salesman, Sean! This process has been over a 3 month timespan. From the very first time 3 months ago that we began the journey, Sean was patient, NEVER PUSHY and so helpful! This was a huge purchase- as we ended up doubling the purchase and buying two king mattresses w/ full adjustable bases! Score for Sean! Truly impressed by this young man and his knowledge and guidance!

As soon as I walked in I was graced with Lisa who immediately came to me with a smile and step by step information on the different types of mattresses. Took her time and explained things very well , very professional, as well as Maryann-great help explained the delivery process and my rights on my purchase.
