My local US Cellular in Independence, Va hadn't been able to get in a specific phone I wanted for my husband for over 3 months and they never could help me order it or try to contact another store to check their stock. I finally settled on a phone they had in stock, not what I wanted and told him I'd think about it. Well I decided to try this store in galax. I called and asked if they had a particular phone in stock and they said yes. So they held the phone for about an hour til I got down there. When I arrived all the associates were very courteous. I told them what I was there for and I asked them about the phone I had been looking for at independence for over 3 months, THEY HAD IT IN STOCK! I highly recommend going to this store to purchase a new phone when you're eligible. They're fast and they have an abundance of products in stock. Don't be like me and wait around for Independence to do something for you! Thank you to the associate that helped me today!

This store has always had good customer service. I went in today to check on signal issues. I was explained in full detail about the towers being upgraded with a March 2021 projected completion date for the new and improved service. I was offered full details about upgrading phones and plans while saving money. Thank you to this local store for excellent customer service.

I thank the dude that helped me out the one towards walmart is so much better the other one next to goodwill put me on a phone plan that was bogus for a hotspot and the man at the other one didn't understand y they didn't just offer me a new phone and the hotspot for only 130 a month I'm happy lil expensive but great deal for a new phone and internet though thank u sir ur a blessing
