My brother had bought a mattress from Mattress Center and so I thought I'd give it a try. Big mistake. Jane was VERY pushy and she wasn't willing to work on a price with me. I have back issues but it seemed like she didn't care about my problem or my sleeping needs. She provided terrible customer service and so I left and drove around the corner and ended up at Mattress Firm. The manager listened to my needs and offered me some sensible solutions and he did not pressure me once! I bought my mattress set from Mattress Firm at an incredible discount. What a difference!!!nThank you Mattress Firm.
