So, my wife and I ordered furniture back in August of 2020.......and were still waiting for it today 4/1/2021....nnI want to leave a very honest review though, so here goes.nnSales experience was great, everyone was very helpful and didn’t mind helping us out for the 3-4 hours we were deciding on fabrics, etc.. When we decided to make the purchase, they warned us then it could be December before we got the furniture, we said no problem. So December, January, February, and now March have all passed and we are still waiting.nnEvery month I called to check it was the same story, it’s been delayed by another month. Understanding that these guys are at the mercy of the furniture manufacturer, I didn’t get to upset, until today...nnLast week I called to check on the furniture and was very honest with them, in that if it was pushed out another month, I wanted to cancel the order. The gentleman on the phone took my number so he could research and call me back. Indeed about 15 minutes later he called me back and ensured me it had been built, and would be on the truck to arrive this week.nnSo I called today to see if it had arrived or at least shipped and suddenly no one could get me that information at this time.......So I called the manufacturer directly where I was informed it wasn’t complete and probably wouldn’t ship for at least an additional 3-4weeks......nnAll I ask is for honesty and transparency and wasn’t given either the past couple weeks......what began as no fault of their own, as I stated I get the COVID related delays, quickly soured me in that I was told a lie and then no one could help.nnGreat group of people they really are, but please don’t feed people bull. I know you can’t help the delays, but be honest.....A quick google search of the manufacturer and a call to their customer service group was all I had to do to gather the information needed about my furniture.

Friendly and helpful staff. Personalized attention unlike big box stores. Competitive prices. Will shop here again.
