The team at Water by Design is absolutely amazing. From the ordering process to the delivery team, these folks ensure that you are satisfied and that everything is just right. Paul goes above and beyond to provide a level of customer service that I have never experienced before and no matter the time of day, he is available by phone or text. If you ever are in the market for a hot tub or have one that needs service, the folks at Water by Design are top notch!

Water By Design has been great. My wife and I stopped by the Forest location one Saturday a few months back to just look at hot tubs and prices. We met Paul and he showed us around. When we left we told Paul if we bought it would be in a few months. He never pressured us, he just gave us his card and said he was there to help if we needed him. After a few months of discussion my wife and I decided to go with a used hot tub for our first one. We called Paul up and he met us one Saturday. We picked out our tub and within 2 weeks it was installed. From Paul, to the delivery guys, and everyone in between it was a seamless operation and a great experience. They have earned our business for many years to come. Thanks Paul, Mark and the rest is the gang!!!
