Great experience with Ed's in carpeting a large downstairs area. From Valerie's help on the selection/sales front, to Ed's visit for measuring the space, to their expert installer who really took pride in his work. Competitive pricing as well. I wouldn't hesitate using them again on a future flooring project.

We requested quotes from two flooring companies that had been recommended, both were within $100 of each other. We went with Ed's because Samantha helped us color coordinate the vinyl plank and carpet tiles based an a lose description of what we were looking for. I'm a guy that asks my wife what to wear before leaving the house in the morning. Without her help the options would have been overwhelming. The flooring was professionally installed and looks amazing!

The whole experience from shopping for carpet, to measuring and installation, was EXCELLENT. Valerie did a great job assisting us with our purchase; she's very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We initially went to a big-box store and grew very frustrated when we could see on their in-store computer that they had measured wrong and assigned the wrong color carpet to the wrong rooms. We canceled that order and in frustration, we asked friends for a recommendation. Ed's Flooring came highly recommended to us. We were not disappointed, and will be repeat customers at Ed's Flooring America.
