Once we moved into our unit the price went up and up and up. By the time we were forced to move because of the ever soaring price our unit was up to 425.00. Guess it would be great for a big business with endless amount of cash, but our small business could not afford ridiculously higher price.
I've been renting a unit for a while now. No issues. Prompt service, clean units.
Steady price is increase for no reason... harassment for paying a regular bill starts a week after you pay the last one...there are better choices
Easy to communicate with and having an on-site employee at locations was very helpful.
Easy move in, very clean, raised foundation to protect from water damage, all paved parking, secure gate, cameras. We pay online and never have to deal with anyone, however the lady that sets up your unit in Worcester is so friendly and makes your reservation EASY. Sorry I don't remember her name but she does a great job.
