The night shift is awesome the day shift is about as good as a treadmill when it is not plugged in expecting to get your freight and deliver same day ?? Try again you will be sitting here for hours while they seem to not care about being consistent at all
Excellent quality customer service! I had a large delivery coming in, and i called them a few times to get an ETA. All the representatives were so kind, so attentive, so helpful. It was a true pleasure talking to them. The delivery driver was right on time, also so professional. The delivery went exceptionally smooth. This is the type of company that you do not hear loud commercials about, and they do business the right way. I wish them prosperity!
Absolute worst experience with logistics ever. Do not use these guys for LTL.nnShipped two washing machines from Texas to Boston. Tracking shows it has arrived, and after several days of sitting there I call to ask when it will be delivered, at which point they tell me I had to call to schedule the delivery.... not what the waybill said but OK.nnOne of them arrived damaged, the second they had lost. They eventually found it in Los Angeles, and a month after have yet to actually deliver it.. This time I call as soon as I see it has arrived at the terminal to set up the delivery. They no show.nnNo one has any clue what the actual situation is.
The employees are nice and courteous.nVery professional and I got everything I needed.
Came to drop off a pallet for shipment that had been prescheduled. The individuals in the front office knew nothing about it and made no effort to try and get it sorted out. Instead they told us they needed a different office of theirs to generate an 8-digit code for us before they could do anything and then kept us sitting around waiting for 2 hours without offering to assist or check on the code status. Finally called the head office and they generated the code for us in 2 seconds and said the people at the branch we were at could have done that for us themselves at any time. Everyone at the office was unapologetic and continued to be very rude and reluctant to do their jobs. Do not recommend this branch location at all
