Used Monster Movers for a couple different moves of all sizes. My family and I have been using their service for about 15 years and they always do a great job. Their service seemed to fall off a little about 3 years ago when our cousin used them but we hired them for to move our son to college and the whole process was easy and professional.

Monster Movers did a full service pack, load and move for my elderly parents moving back up from Florida to Massachusetts. Office staff was clear and almost too easy. When researching movers to start with I found them calling me daily and the staff at Monster Movers sent a quote with a detailed explanation. I called they gave me a flat rate price and it didn't change. The moving crew had obviously worked together many times - they were quick, efficient and didn't waste any time. The furniture was wrapped with moving pads and Saran Wrap and came to my residence completely clean and packed well. Overall a great company!

We were impressed with the initial response from the Monster Movers staff when we scheduled the moving date. I received an estimate within 10 minutes of my submission and it included a very clearly articulated bid for the cost based on the information I shared with the representative on the phone. On the day of the move, the two movers notified me when they were on their way, showed up on time, were very efficient and we were done within five hours moving us from one side of Worcester to the other - a 3 bedroom. Excellent. We were moving large furniture items from our home into a local storage unit. This move took place during COVID-19 pandemic and we were also impressed with the caution that was shown by the movers in wearing masks and keeping distance within the home. Thank you.
