DO NOT buy anything from this store. Have to go through Better Business Bureau to get money back for items they could not provide. Will pursue further. DO NOT have wrong store, I live 1/2 mile from your location. What we were told was to pick something else (which we did not want) to make up the money. Justice is in motion.
The lack of professionalism in this establishment is astounding. I had purchased an entire bedroom set to find out on the day it was suppose to be delivered that they only half of the set was in stock, and they were unsure as to when, and if at all it would be back in stock. I asked for a refund considering I was not interested in another style option, and nor did I want only half a set. I was told I was out of luck and was told they do not give refunds or returns for merchandise, which they failed to notify me of such policy upon purchasing their product. They refused to give me a refund and kept my money. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau (who is very interested in taking on the case) and The Attorney General. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this business. They are unwilling to work with their customers who are the sole reason they are still in business. Hopefully they wont be for long once I'm through with them.
I wanna give many thanks to Mila and Carla for helping us out due to manufacturers error. We called and complained about missing parts and they in turn have provided the parts and give extra in return to compensate the inconvenience. Thank you Carla and Mila!!! As for Mikey, it wasn’t nice that he hung up on my wife, big no no! Other than that thank you very much for helping us out !
WORSEEEEE!!!!! Hello, my name is Sasha, me and my husband just paid off our bedroom set, and by far I will have to say is the worse experience we have ever had with a furniture store and service, why? First of they delivered our bedroom set on January 26,2018 we were excited open it and it was incomplete, no bed slats or their support, they forgot the night stand, we called to the store and we spoke with Mike he wasn’t listening to our concerns he kept talking over what I was saying and ended up hanging up the phone on my face, a very disrespectful and rude behavior to a worried and concerned customer, my husband had to go today Saturday 27 to pick up the night stand and some used bed slats ( we paid for a new bedroom set) the foot board is all scratched, my husband comes back home and they didn’t gave him the 8 pieces of bolts, 8 pieces of spring washers, 8 pieces of flat washers and two Allen keys that the bedroom set brings and that we paid for, he hopped in his car and went back to the store, I have to say this is the worse experience I have had with a store we have been very patient and considerate and I hate to say this but you guys have not and are extremely disorganized. This is going to be the last time I would ever go to your store and I would not recommend this company to anyone else. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!!!
Bought a bed set for myself and a bed for my kids .Problem was i ordered a cherry trundle bed. What i recieved was a white bunk bed with a trundle. And my chest is back ordered. Ppl are nice but completely brought us the wrong kids bed.
