Mattress Firm - Wasilla

We had a phenomenal sales experience. Michelle sets the bar high and provided stellar customer service. We hesitated based on other reviews here but were blown away. What a difference a great sales person can make. Thumbs way up!

I had a wonderful experience. My salesperson was very helpful, the store was clean. I never knew how much went into picking a mattress, but my saleslady (Michelle) made is super easy! I've slept on my bed for the last couple weeks, and it has honestly changed my entire mood! After having back pain for so long, I didn't think I'd ever get good sleep. This mattress has turned that around for me!

2nd stop at this location, and both times no other customer. Same female working and same customer service. Was surprised that there was no flexibility in our request, we were quickly shot down. I would suggest that maybe even pretending you would look into something and possibly really try to, could've been a sale or two. We left, went to 2 other stores, bought 2 new beds elsewhere and our few thousand spent really well at the other store too. I give this store a 2 for the pretentious better than you selling style and unwelcoming atmosphere.

Found a great bed, didn't feel any pressure to buy, great service!
