Dr. Patel, Kelly and his entire team are extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I did extensive research on surgeons in the area before I came across Dr. Patel and, his impeccable background. He served 25 years in the military and two tours tin Iraq. For me that spoke volumes of his patriotism to his country, especially as a man of color. It was also extremely important to me to have a surgeon that looked like me, to ensure I was getting the best care possible. I feel very safe and in good hands with Dr. Patel and will recommend him to my friends and family.

I have been going to Cascade Eye & Skin Centers for 30 years and have always experienced excellent care. The doctors, nurses, and entire team are friendly and very caring. I have had two moles removed due to abnormalities and experienced very little discomfort. The only downside of the business is they are so busy that it takes a long time to get an appointment.

Dr. Townsend is professional and friendly. The entire staff are helpful and friendly as well. Overall an excellent experience at this facility and no waiting. I got right in for my afternoon appointment!

I love both physicians I have seen at Cascade Eye and Skin Care. The nurses are very personable and they treat you like your needs are of utmost importance. The only negative thing is the 45.00 copay. It makes me wait until I feel desperate to make an appointment. If you only get one check a month you need to make your appointment around your payday or you feel awkward about asking for a delay for payment.

Cascade Eye Center: Your employees are exceedingly polite, helpful, polite in all that they do. From the front check in for temperatures, to the check in counter, to Dr. Dahlhousers staff, including the surgical assistants. I have to tell you I recommend everyone I know to come to your center. Then there is Doctor Dahlhouser, if wasn't for his Professional Abilities in helping me for the last several years I probably wouldn't be seeing to write this. He is Definitely the Best Most Experienced Doctor I know. I thank God every day for saving my eye sight. Thank you all for Cascade Eye Center. As well as your glasses Dept. They are Excellent as well.
