Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Klamath Falls

This is the hands down the BEST place to stay in Klamath Falls. The hotel is clean and they are awesome with COVID safety Measures. The staff are all friendly, Hope, Fawn and the other front desk associates who names I missed were smiling, friendly and Helpful. The girls working in the breakfast room were always so cheerful, the breakfast is outstanding. The GM Erica was always visible to the guests and visited with us. Professional Staff, and great Facility. The View of the Lake is perfect also.

Brand new with a view! Walking distance to downtown, an awesome lakeside trail but far enough away from stuff that I didn’t see any tweekers around. We were checked in by Gina and felt welcomed by a friend. Breakfast wasn’t the best, but the server dishing it out was awesome and the coffee is top notch. Overall felt welcomed, safe and comfortable here.

This hotel with very nice. The rooms were very clean and new. They offered free breakfast in the morning, a gym, a pool, and so much more. We really enjoyed our stay!

Mandy at the front desk was so helpful. I was trying to book a room for a friend who I was not traveling with but was having issues actually paying for the reservation. I was not able to pay online for a 3rd party(just hold the room and pay for it there) and had to cancel and rebook at another 3rd party. She was extremely helpful and patient as I was trying to figure it out. I definitely got put through the ringer trying to contact the booking agencies and her helpfulness was very appreciated.Overall I spent 2 hours on hold and getting transferred constantly and had to call the front desk at least 6 times. Thank you Mandy for your help! Whoever is in charge of signing the checks, give this girl a raise!

Staff was amazing, beds were comfy, actual hot continental breakfast during a pandemic, and they're doing it right, (server brings you a tray of requested foods). Rooms are beautiful, and comfy. Just an overall great experience. Definitely my hotel of choice from now on! Thank you for the wonderful stay.
