Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Klamath Falls

Enjoyed our stop along the way home and would definitely stay again if we were in the area. The hot tub room was very nice and relaxing after having spent all day in a vehicle. Very accommodating for my fur babies.

The service was good, the room was fine. This gets one star because they wouldn't let me pay with my debit card unless I gave them $300 in cash to hold at the front desk. There was no notification of this when I made my reservation. I had already put a deposit on the room, and I couldn't cancel without losing it. Felt very much like being blackmailed. I've been traveling on my debit card for 25 years and have never experienced anything like this before. I can't give a good recommendation to any business that pulls unpleasant surprises like this. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves.

Amazing service and surprisingly great rooms. So comfy modern and clean. Hollie at the front desk was such a warm welcome after a late night of searching for a room last minute and was helpful in several ways.nnWill be back.

This place should have 0 stars. It was disgusting and we left for another hotel in town after seeing our room. The lobby and elevator alone were concerning with how run down it looked. We opened the door to our hotel room and the lighting was beyond wild fluorescent, the carpet was incredibly old, the couch had stains/tears on it and it just gave weird feelings. The front desk was understanding of our refund, but the hotel was gross! Surprised for a Wyndham hotel and their standards. You’re better off elsewhere!

Room was excellent, very spacious and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, made it easy booking my reservation. I will definitely come back!! Close to Walmart and other places to shop. If you're looking for a nice quality room i recommend coming here.
