Super 8 by Wyndham Klamath Falls

No hot water. No refund. Front desk was rude about it. Microwave was broke. The main light was blown out. Room smelled. Do not recommend. If you're going to stay, ask to see your room before you pay. I wish I would have gone elsewhere or just slept in my car.

Got in at 11:30 pm after driving 17 hrs. The card key did not work on the door. Back downstairs to get the clerk. Mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom! Bed spreads soiled with stains. Hairdryer did not work, chain on door lock inoperable, Ice machine out of order and it cost us almost 100.00!! The only plus was the clerk was polite.

Walked into a non smoking room and it smelt like smoke. We found large cobwebs in the corners of the room and to top it off, blood on the bathroom door and bathtub!! We left and went to another hotel, called super 8 for a refund and explained the issues, but the lady was unsure how to handle the situation and said to call back the next day. I called back the next morning and no answer and no refund. I get that we aren't paying for a nice place but blood and cobwebs... disgusting and will not book any super 8 location because of this.

The room was a bit dated. like late 70s. bedspread looked like recycled drapes, and the naugahyde chair was classic. Receptionist was delightful and room was clean. Shower had mediocre pressure sadly.

With all the changes over the years from Payless and North chuckwagon and all the businesses that were before to the ones that are now to include harbor freight Big lots and all the small businesses that have had a chance to grow and establish themselves plenty of parking and the people that come to this center are always inspired and happy to be here
