I had to cancel a reservation at the Motel 6 down the street so came to Quality Inn. Check-in was very quick, friendly clerk, easy parking with a trailer. The place is obviously a little old however they did a good job making the rooms look nice.

Not bad. definitely a 2 star hotel, rooms where clean parking lot clean. Easy access to stores.

I haven't even checked in yet but already I regret booking a room online. Bc online it said I could check in at 1 and upon arriving at this motel the front desk staff were extremely rude.. I tried to contact corporate on my phone and they just ran me around in circles.. and I have yet to get anyone to actually even answer.. totally displeased.. and utterly annoyed

I’ve tried staying at this hotel multiple times now knowing that they have rooms available but when they ask you what brings you to town and you don’t have a response adequate for their approval they tell you that there are no rooms available at this time. It’s unfortunate that in 2021 a big-name franchise hotel like the quality Inn would Stoop to such low levels of discrimination. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to its views on poor people Being such that they don’t deserve the same treatment even if they have the same amount of money. It’s obvious when the first question is would you like the room with the single bed or the double bed. For future reference when you Are discriminating against somebody don’t let them become aware that you are lying to them. Shame on you quality inn for helping to spread such evil in an already suffering world.

Honstly the only nice thing about the hotel was that the blankets and sheets were cleaned and the bathtub was a jacuzzi tub, which made my granddaughter very happy. Other then that that house keeping could take a little more time on cleaning behind the beds and the bathrooms more. Other then that it was okay
