I can not thank Eric and Camille enough. They were so phenomenal and helped us along the way for my brother’s service. It takes special people to do this type of work. They were compassionate, respectful, caring, understanding and made this unbearable time easier for us. They always answered my questions. Excellent communication and friendly. When my son passed away at the beginning of October, Camille was so kind and so very helpful. She was very consoling. When I couldn't get answers from IMS she went above and beyond to help me. Now we have become friends at a distance. I am hoping to meet her one day.
