Bagels by the Sea

I seriously hope the owners are reading these. There needs to be a change. I can tell your staff is doing the best they can but there needs to be better systems in place for them to do their jobs to the best of their abilities. This is not the first time I have come here and had terrible service. Hire more people. High school kids are always looking for jobs. This will help you when you are slammed (for example over spring break) and can't answer the phones for to-go orders. This will help you get through your drive through line so people are not waiting 30-45 minutes (as has been said by many other reviews) for a bagel. If you have more support staff, the ones on the front line can effectively do their jobs. Also, if you make a mistake, own up to it and apologize. It takes two seconds and means a lot to a customer and truthfully you don't even have to mean it.nnPs. I managed a store in downtown Seaside for 5 years. I'm not just blowing smoke. I've also had 5 years of really not so good service here. Please fix it.

Brunch Sandwich on an Everything Bagel, add egg and onion. DELICIOUS!! Friendly staff, clean environment with spacious comfortable seating and good music.nnMy only complaint is there's a charge to use your card.

Delicious, light, fluffy bagels, toasted on site and served quickly. I left a souvenir from my trip under the glass at the tables and enjoyed seeing everyone else's contributions. Such an adorable little stop! Do not miss it!

Stopped in here for the lox bagel. While the bagel itself was pretty good ('the works'), the presentation was mediocre. There were no capers and no red onions, just the lox on cream cheese. We weren't asked if we wanted capers or onions, I never even considered that it wouldn't be included.nnWhen we got arrived, there were two people ahead of us to order. We waited at least 20 min to get our two plain bagels.

Great food and good selection. I would recommend ordering ahead of time. We had a late breakfast around 10am and waited about 25mins from drive up to food delivery.
