Well, service can be slow at times, and the prices have been going higher and higher everytime we go. The staff is often kind, but there have been a few times when they've not been too nice. But still, great ice cream.
Well for starters the staff was rude,they were either out of what we wanted,substituted other things without asking me or the machines were broken. I EXPLICITLY asked for no nuts on the banana split,and for no chocolate, but to please replace the chocolate with strawberry. Get home,they put nuts on it anyway,and didnt bother to tell us they were out of the pineapple, instead just put carmel on it. Will NOT be going back to the DQ on n mt.
In line to order, and when we get to the speaker they tell us they closed at 9 even though we've been there since before that time. Very poor customer service. Block your drive-through if you aren't gonna serve past 9.
They should really be offering an open dining area for take-out, at least. Drive-thru is just not my preference.
