This place was wonderful. We got our beautiful kitty here. He is by far the BEST cat we saw and we went to A LOT of shelters before choosing to adopt here.nMany of the other shelters we visited didn't have clean conditions for the cats and were lacking in funding and quality of life for the animals. And, when other places claimed to have socialized their animals, it just meant that they would all immediately claw their way up your body the moment you stepped in the room.nThat was not the case at Teton Valley Community Animal Shelter. The kitties here were wonderfully socialized, didn't claw up my clothing, and were all in very good health. We were pleased to put our money here to adopt and have been loving our furry snuggle buddy since we brought him home.nI highly recommend taking the trek out here to adopt. The scenery is beautiful and the animals are too!

We adopted out cat 11 years ago form this shelter and she was absolutely the best pet I have EVER had.
