Thanks for staying safe in 2020 with masks and counting people who come in and out. Also, thank you for $5 bag days.
I love working here! Great employees and atmosphere. You can find everything you need
Nice thrift store. Has lots of books, kitchenware. Great place to go and browse. Prices are little high for the thrift store. I donated some loafers. Obviously used. Then found them sitting on the shelf with the price I paid for them years ago in Ross.
I have been a loyal shopper at this thrift store since 2009. It used to be my favorite thrift store. I would have given this 5 stars until recently. The staff is friendly. But the prices are not thrift store friendly anymore! I can often go to Family Dollar and get brand new things for the same price or cheaper than what I pay at the thrift store. I understand that the proceeds go to charity, but you do realize that people go to the thrift store because they can't afford new things right? A thrift store IS for those less fortunate. You are making it harder for these people to be able to buy things in your store. Another thing that bothers me is when I see a price on the bottom of something and then the thrift store scratches it out and puts a higher price than what it sold for before it was donsted. Ridiculous. You can use the excuse that your high prices are because the money goes to charity, but you are losing customers in the process therefore not making as much as you would. I have been told by employees that prices are higher because people steal things. Why should we have to pay the price for people stealing things? You have cameras for a reason. Use them. This is a mutual feeling among many people in the valley. Raising your prices is only making us spend less at your store, so it's really not helping anything or anyone. It you aren't going to put thrift store prices on your items, don't call it a thrift store anymore. I probably donate as much as I buy. I think people like that should get a discount or at least get to work with prices. You used to be open to discussing prices, but not the last few times I went there. Probably because I voiced my concern about the prices. Things that were obviously overpriced were not brought down and therefore you didn't sell it. Unless you're selling expensive snow boots or Cowboy boots or a brand that is very very expensive, $20 for a pair of used shoes is not a thrift store price! So I don't know what changed. I don't know if different people are in charge of pricing, but I have brought this up in the past as have others and it just gets worse. Listen to your customers! You don't get to take advantage just because it's for charity. I spent $100 on Christmas decorations today at your thrift store. I then went to Family Dollar and spent half of that on as much stuff as I bought at your store, but it was all brand new. Your staff is always friendly and helpful. Hopefully things will change and I can give you 5 Stars instead of 3.
This place is pretty ghetto. But it's a thrift store so what do you expect. Rather disorganized, but again it's a thrift store so you usually come with the expectation of having to do some rummaging and hunting. You just may have to hunt a little harder here. It's pretty small too, but it's a small town so that's to be expected as well. Cheap prices. I'll still go when I wanna pop some tags (or buy cheap stuff lol)
