I have come to Spa Urbana for massages, manicures and facials. Each experience was enjoyable and relaxing. I have returned monthly to get facials from Crystal. She has been so helpful with managing my skin health. She provides a relaxing experience while providing education to help me reduce my acne . I don’t feel pressured to buy more services or products by any of the employees. It’s an overall relaxing experience that I look forward to each time. I highly recommend any of their services!

I just had a clarifying facial with crystal and it was the best experience I've ever had. This was my first ever facial and it was amazing! She was super friendly and very informative. I was completely relaxed and I left there with my skin looking absolutely flawless! I cannot wait to go back.

First visit to Spa Urbana. My friend and I went for a massage and facial on super bowl Sunday. One of the few spas open on Sunday. We were very pleasantly surprised. Great location, very calming, very clean. Mylee gave me one of the best facials I have ever gotten. Johnathon is a great and strong masseuse. Trigger point massage, excellent! We will be back for sure. Probably on Sundays from now on. Very relaxing. Downtown was quiet and parking was a breeze.

I’ve had a few facials in the past, but this one is by far the best I’ve ever had! Miley did an amazing job, she was professional, and did a phenomenal job with paying attention to the fact that I was worried about my skin being so sensitive. She took that into consideration and focused on making sure I was comfortable and even recommended products that would be good for me. I would recommend spa Urbana to anyone, looking for a relaxing and nice facial. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and beautiful!

This was our first couples massage. We loved it! My husband said it was the best massage ever. I agree! Thank you so much! We are looking forward to our upcoming Valentine’s Day massages!
