Amanda is amazing! She really knows what she's doing, and she individualizes every appointment for every client. Very highly recommended!

Amanda knows her stuff!!! I could barely move my shoulder without pain shooting down my back and into my hips. She worked on me for 90 minutes which is not long if you had the pain I had. Amazing results I have full range of motion back with no pain radiating down my back into my hips. She uses a multitude of techniques, she calls therapeutic and she is spot on for that description! It is so hard to find a massage therapist that gets you and knows how to work with your body. She is my massage therapist from now on!!!! Highly Recommend!!!

I love getting my massages at Polaris from Amanda. I have 4 kids and it's hard to get away sometimes. Amanda is great at working with my schedule. She also gets those pesky problem areas that come with carrying around little ones, nursing, and having a baby in general. I highly recommend Amanda and her talents!

A great place to spend an hour of your day. Not only is the space very cozy and inviting, but Amanda is a gifted massage therapist. She made me feel comfortable, took the time to focus on my 'problem' areas, and answered my questions--explaining to me what she was doing and why. There is also a beautiful display of hand crafted jewelry and other handmade items up front. Would definitely go back.
