Best large scale home store in Boise, bar none!! Celine was the best customer service representative I’ve had the pleasure of working with in a very long time! She helped track down all the store stock for my wife’s much desired chargers, napkins and centerpieces for the holidays.nnThey were able to help with the status update of our online orders and even helped us save several hundred dollars!nnWas always a huge fan, now it’s the whole family’s fave.

What a disappointment! I have been a Pottery Barn customer for years and this store has gone downhill! The woman that helped me was extremely rude. How do people like this get hired!? She may even be the manager, not sure. I will not be going back until things have changed at this location. The online is no better in the sense that ordering a product takes literally months to receive. Figure it out, Pottery Barn, or you will be a 2020 failed business!

Very poor customer service. Sales associate was very rude. We left without purchasing anything. Rather than ask if we needed any help the sales associate came over and yelled at us because my fiancee briefly took her mask down to speak on the phone. In a empty store in a corner completely by ourselves. .. .. she nor anyone else offered any assistance...

Very excited to go into Pottery Barn hadn’t been in long time since covid and was eyeing some pillows first I went in and I had been shopping all day I had my mask on but pulled down for a minute with just the people I was with close to me. She also ignored the another person who had her mask dangling to the side. I’m okay that they want to enforce it but I was a little put out by her ignoring another. Then when I walked up to two associates they didn’t ask how they could help I had to wait for them to pause in their conversation at the registers I asked if they had any more of a pillow in the back one said they might and she could check on that when she was finished with what she was doing so I waited in the mean time the other girl walked away and the one who said she would check took a phone call and started helping the person on the phone instead of the person right in front of her. Might just be me but I was disappointed.

Staff was rude and was more involved with there own conversation than they were about helping customers.nWe came in to buy new items for our house and ended up ordering them online from a different company.nnWe are a family that is all about supporting our local shops. But this is just one example of why shops fail.nnCustomer service is a big part of a brick and motor outfit.. Do better P- Barn
