Store selection is very diverse and eye-grabbing. Got some good products. When going to check out, we waited in line for 7 to 8 minutes for someone to help us. There was only one cashier and 15 people in line. Management came by to help price a customers product but didn’t think to help check the long line of people out. One customer even walked out of the store. Coordination with other cashiers will help improve incidences like these.

Received a lamp with a large smudge mark on it so we called ‘customer ‘service’ and we were told that if we kept the light they’d take 20% off the price. We told them we’d think about. Called later and told them we’d keep the light (we already incurred the cost of having our electrician install it) and we’re told they’d only reduce the price by 10%. When we mentioned the previous 20% offer they said that 10% was all they could offer. Fine, they can have this POS light and they’ll never see a dollar of mine again. It’s horribly cheap quality merchandise anyway. Now they get to pay return shipping and not only lose a sale but a customer as well. I’ll just laugh at the empty parking lot in front of this dumpy store.

I went in for a happy return and they made it super easy. They didn’t need my ID or debit card, just my order number. I walked around after the return and I’m in love with their decor and furniture. Def coming back.

I really enjoy browsing through World Market but thier inventory was very low and I couldn't find anything I was looking for. I really just want a new 2021 calendar and there were none, so sad I get one every year.
