Susan is my most favorite stylist and WOMAN in general. She is so skilled in her trade, and so very kind. I look forward to seeing her every other month. Wish I could be pampered by her at least 2x each month. Can’t wait to try out her makeup service!
I’m not usually one to complain but about two weeks ago I went in asking for a black to red ombré, the stylist said she could do it and I showed her a photo of what I wanted. She was very sweet which is why I had contemplated leaving a review for so long. Now my hair is orange and fried. I’m very very sad because I’m going to have to cut at least 4 inches off my hair. I have a disease that makes my hair fall out so losing that much hair is really heart breaking for me. I sat in that chair for 5 hours just to leave with wet, uncut, and fried hair. I’m very dissatisfied.
My friend paid over $150 to receive fried hair that was NO WHERE CLOSE to what she asked for. Disappointed in the results she received and I was planning to go here after her for my own hair cut and color. I will absolutely be staying far away from this salon...
Only company in town that can consistently cut my super fine blond hair without missing hairs
