Red Lion Hotel Pocatello

Thanks for a great stay! A nice clean room and comfy bed was much appreciated. Brooklyn was so sweet and helpful! After our stressful day the extra care and service really made a difference for us.

We had a very relaxing stay. This hotel is conveniently located to many places to eat that are walking distance. Nice to walk after a 6 hour drivennNice and clean roomnnI realized the next evening I had accidentally left my earring on the sink vanity. When I called to inquire they assured me they had them and they informed me they would be mailed them to me free of charge. That is what I call excellent servicenThanks so much

Room was nice and clean. Liked that there was no carpet in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the facility being entirely non smoking was fantastic. The plumbing seemed to be having some issues but overall I enjoyed my stay. The lounge was fantastic it unfortunately isn't open every night though. I look forward to trying out the restaurant staff told me was in the works. The front desk staff was very prompt and professional and maintained casual conversation while checking me in avoiding awkward silences. The front desk agent herself was well informed and helpful and greeted both the person before me and me as soon a we walked through the door with a smile. Her name was Jessica and she was just one of many exceptional staff I encountered. I will be staying here again and will be having my daughter's birthday party in one of their party suites later this month. Im sure it will be exceptional as well and look forward to leaving another 5 star review.

Wow, the staff at Red Lion are amazing! The hotel and rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the pool has such a great atmosphere. The best part is the staff, especially Brooke & Brooklyn. The floor we were on was non-smoking but the guest staying next door to ours was NOT abiding by the rule. Brooke switched rooms with no hesitation. Her customer service was above and beyond. Brooklyn accompanied me to the new room to make sure it did not smell of smoke. Both were apologetic for something that was not there fault. Myself & one of my children have a severe reaction to cigarette smoke and they were so helpful & wanted to make our stay was the best they could make it. Would definitely stay again!

After a long drive and being exhausted check in was exceptional. Two wonderful ladies name Brooklyn and Jessica fixed our mistake with our online booking. Got us checked in fast, and had amazing customer service. My family will definitely stay here again.
