Great spa experience. My very first facial ever (got the signature facial) and Sarah made it amazing! Answered all my questions and explained everything she was doing in the process. I'm already a huge skin care snob and take care of my skin daily but sometimes, you just need an extra something and this was it! Wish I could stay at this hotel longer but if I ever come back, definitely requesting Sarah again!

For this being a spa at a upscale hotel it was a horrible experience. First off we did a couples massage, we paid over $300 For 50 min of massage. Well when we were done it was more like 30 min with all the breaks in between. My wife hated the massage she received as he did not even massage like it should be done. He spent more time meditating then massaging. I spent more time under a hot towel then being massaged and the breaks were a lot, not sure if he was tired or what was going on. The facilities were nice but the massages were not worth a single penny. I will defiantly not go back and I will not recommend it.

Received a deep tissue massage from Lisa. It was the best 50 minutes of relaxation I've ever experienced.
