Blue Heron Restaurant at Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort

I ordered to go and I will say that it looked uncomfortably quiet inside, and I would choose to eat on the patio. However, I ordered the blackened fish tacos with jicama slaw [peanut allergy warning], and I will say that this dish deserves a Michelin star ud83cudf1f if I could hand them out. Hands down, bar none the best fish taco experience of my life. There isn't even a comparison and it's in a class of its own. I was expecting just tacos but instead I got a mind blowing culinary experience.

One of the best restaurants in Santa Fe. I had the fish tacos and was blown away. Absolutely delish! I ordered a side of fries not expecting anything, but I’m telling you they were the best fries I’ve ever had!

The food is second to none!nnThe steak was cooked to perfection!nnService was the best I've had in a while. There was a mixup w my leftovers...the manager came and fixed it immediately. She went above and beyond what I expected.nnBreakfast was also delicious!

We split a tortilla soup and tacos. The mahi mahi tacos are excellent. The the soup was also good. We're coming back in a couple of weeks to stay two nights.

Paid $22 for a charcuterie board that consisted of a handful of almonds, 6 crackers, and some bologna and cheddar. Saddest bunch of “artisanal” meats and cheeses.
