The Inn of The Five Graces

I have stayed here at least 6 times in the last year. Wonderful place with super friendly staff. The rooms are appointed beautifully, with a distinct Santa Fe flair. Very safe! Will continue to return.

We loved most of our stay for the final night of our honeymoon. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, we very much appreciated their support. Our premium junior suite was a piece of art - everything from the floor to the woodwork & painted ceiling to the tile art walls. We drank a bottle of wine and walked around admiring every nook and cranny like it was our own personal museum. All the generous touches like the snacks, doggie welcome package (treats, toy, baggies, bed), Epsom salts for the bath, checker board, etc. were greatly appreciated. In-room breakfast was delicious, we got to try out the new breakfast sandwich in addition to our choices and it was SO GOOD (you guys should definitely put it on the menu).nnWe experienced a couple drawbacks that did take away from our stay and would make us hesitate from spending that kind of money here again. First was the noise - we could hear everything outside of our suite like cars and conversations. The most annoying was the loud snow removal for the building next door at 8 AM while we were still in bed (I understand that the external factors are outside of their control), soundproofing would be much appreciated for the cost of the room. The second is that the Amazon device alarm clock in the bedroom had a camera on it, which I didn’t realize until this morning when I actually looked at it. I’m not at all saying that we were recorded, but devices like that can easily be hacked and there should NEVER be cameras in hotel bedrooms. That made me really uncomfortable when I realized, and I wish I was aware of it upon arrival to cover the camera with the toggle available. You guys should either get rid of them completely or at least warn patrons of their ability to cover the camera, or superglue the toggle shut.nnI really struggled with the rating because it was a beautiful suite and everyone was a delight! Those two factors just really were a bummer for how much we paid.
