Walmart Photo Center

Ordered a custom photo mug online. After it was 1 week late I spoke with customer service who said it was stuck in processing and should be canceled and reordered. I did this, only to have the 2nd mug “get stuck in processing” and told if I wanted the mug I would need to cancel and reorder, as that was the only way to get the product. I am not sure 1- why this product is offered if it isn’t actually available 2- why this is as a solution to the problem when it is clear it didn’t work. Very disappointing.

They don’t have a photo center at this location anymore and they haven’t for months now. I don’t understand why this listing hasn’t been removed.

I ordered my photos online and they turned out great! I came in around 7pm so it was pretty late, and I hadn't realized that they have computers that you can plug in your phone and print instantly. I also have to say that Al helped me and he is always such a pleasure, so helpful and polite!!

There was really nothing to complain about and I feel like there's no need to search further for a company to meet my printing needs.
