I just wanted to follow up to thank you for making our most recent refrigerator purchase so easy.nnRecently our freezer stopped working on our kitchen fridge and we knew it was a matter of time before the whole unit was dead. We looked online for a few models that appealed to us. Our first appliance store (one of your local competitors) delivered a substandard, lackluster experience that was devoid of customer service.nnI remembered buying an appliance from your Gloucester showroom in the past, (18 years ago!) so I phoned to see if you had the model we were interested in. Adam answered the phone and was extremely helpful. While you did not have what we were looking for in stock, you went the extra mile to check a few more options and kept me engaged on the telephone asking about other models that might be similar. Just that simple phone conversation was superior then the in-person experience we had with your competitor. The following day my partner and I took a ride up to your showroom. There we met Benjamin, he was friendly and more than willing to help us without being overbearing. Benjamin confirmed that the fridge we wanted was not available but spent some time showing us other models that met our criteria, checking stock, and looking up sizes. In less than an hour, we had a brand new fridge and Benjamin even pressed the warehouse for a quicker delivery.nnThank you both for making our purchase of a new fridge painless, easy and pleasant. Your customer service was a perfect blend of knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness.nnThe fridge came 4 days later and we are very happy! Thank you again! Doyon's is absolutely the best store to purchase appliances. The floor staff is helpful, knowledgeable and strive to take care of you. More importantly, even the best appliances could have an issue. For our kitchen remodel, at last, we purchased our dream stove, a Thermador 5 Burner gas range. A week later, on a holiday weekend, the oven failed to preheat and lights started blinking. The service team from Doyon's was out pronto. The failed circuit board that controlled the oven was diagnosed and repaired. A few months later, during COVID, the oven failed again. Same issue. The service team worked with Thermador to figure out the why the circuit board that controls the oven was failing. Everyone thought the fix worked but a week later, another failure. Doyons was proactive working with the Thermador to find us a new stove (same model) during COVID, deliver and install and even follow up with us to make sure the stove is working. Sure, you can purchase appliances from the big box store but if you have an issue, you are on your own to contact the manufacturer or deal with a third party warranty company. We purchased a whole entire home of appliances for our new home from Doyon's and could not be happier. Take it from me, I sell homes full time and who you work with matters. Work with Doyon's and rest easy knowing you have an informed and knowledgeable staff to help you pick out the right appliances and know that if a problem occurs, you have local people that answer the phone and tale care of the issue. That is priceless.

Jerry was amazing. He was super friendly, made sure the work was done right, and stayed until he was sure our fridge was running. He had to run out and buy silicone and picked up some flex tape for us to patch up our pool! Doyon's will be our store for all appliances moving forward.

This review is for the young men on Truck 1 who delivered my appliances in Gloucester. Please know that Ronny, Kevin and Jacob went out of their ways to be careful, thoughtful and thorough. I appreciated their attitudes immensely, especially since they had to climb 3 flights of stairs on a very hot and humid day. Many thanks to them; please treat them well in these difficult times!

Excellent service from Ben on the purchase of a new refrigerator. Despite low manufacturer inventory due to COVID-19 closures Ben did a great job of identifying an option to fit our unique space. When it turned out that the manufacturer's website included an inaccurate photo of a feature which was important to us, Ben went above and beyond to work with the manufacturer to make it right.
