Started out good with this place but after the future visits the prices changed. Didn’t like the fact that she charged me for extra services when it really wasn’t necessary.
We had our cat Twinkie cremated here. Very positive overall experience. His box is very high quality and pretty as well. You people are doing God's work, thank you
Very heartbroken at the mistakes that were made with my 15 1/2 year old Dachshund here at this after care crematorium.. very unorganized and unprofessional office... I’m really hoping And praying that I got my dogs cremains back and not someone else’s baby..nI’m really sick over how careless of an operation it seems to be. There should be no mistakes in this business... it’s our pets that they are supposed to be taking care of and I know I paid good money to have my dog taken care of... I’m very sad over the way he was handled!!!
The amount of love and care that went into cherishing the memory and remains of our beloved Toby was mind blowing. This company clearly understands that our animals are family. I can never thank them enough for their compassion.
My 2 month old Siberian Husky passed away August 22 of 2020 from having his skull fractured and swelled it was super hard to say goodbye I wasn’t expecting his life to end that fast and honestly I couldn’t be more happier with how I got my Miska’s ashes back I could open the box whenever I want to see him instead of him being locked in a box forever.
