From my first telephone conversation with your Representative, I knew I would get impeccable customer service from your Company and I wasn't disappointed. I was out of state so the periodic updates to what was happening at the site were very informative and comforting,knowing my possessions were being looked after by such a responsible team! When I moved my things out, Alex was so helpful, kind and professional, making sure I was pleased with the service I received. If I have future needs for storage or know anyone who does, I will definitely return to CubeSmart!

Very convenient location...however I stored a classic car there; and my car was covered with a white dust when I retrieved it. It wiped off easy enough...but I wondered where it came from. I asked the associate...but he had no answer.

Easy, convenient, secure. We took our camper out one day and we didn't make it a mile down the road and the office manager called to confirm it was us who took it.

Great unit, nice people. Just expensive for storage.
