Salesperson, Tina, was fun, kind and knowledgeable! She was also, extraordinarily patient with us, while we walked from one end of the store to the other and back again as we tried to make up our minds!!! Value and comfort-ability was key for us, not to mention durability. We purchased the extended warranty as well...look looking forward to seeing it in our home!!!
Wish I could give this place negative stars. I wouldn’t even take their furniture for free at this point. I have never been treated so horribly. I spent over $3,000 with this company to keep having back orders pushed out further. I understand sometimes that can’t be controlled, however I was scheduled today for delivery received multiple reminders yesterday and this morning..window was 12-3nnAt 11:45 I got a text that they would be there in 12 minutes..my husband rushed home and waited hour later get a text saying a 30 minutes now a total of 2 hours has gone by and I check the tracker and it states they are on stop 12 I was 10. I called customer service which is impossible to talk to a human by the way... to be told oh yeah they had to reschedule there a hook missing from the bed frame. Would have been nice to have been notified or have gotten the rest of my pieces!!!!nnMy husband took the day out... we paid a sitter and no one could care. I went into store to cancel cause they can’t with customer service and no one even cared about the situation. Couldn’t even get a simple sorry.nnWill never do business again. Went down the street to a competitor was treated with respect and will have my full order Sunday!
Upon entering Bob’s Discount Store, we met up with “Annette”. Knowledgeable. Understood what we had in mind and directed us to a variety of possibilities. In no time we discovered that there was another area of the store she would like to share.: An ideal dinette set that matches our cottage. Couldn’t be happier. Friday it will be delivered and assembled for us and all packaging will be taken away. We have an interest in a sectional within a few months and we will certainly contact your store and “Annette”. We found exactly what we wanted and for an amazing price! Annette was fantastic at helping and giving her honest opinion on pieces. She was not pushy or overbearing like most salespeople we dealt with. Also this Store took the extra step to ensure Covid safety by still doing temp checks. Great experience here!
My husband and I had been shopping around for a couple days and came across Bobs after going to every other furniture business in the local area, we were pleasantly surprised! Annette was a breath of fresh air to work with. She was straight forward and understanding. Thank you again, and we will be back!
